Your health is our first priority. For your protection, we sanitize our implements after each use in a hospital-grade, FDA-approved autoclave.We are not responsible for your personal items.All returned checks would be charged $30.If for any reasons that you are not pleased with our services, please let us know and we try our best to fix the issues. Sorry, no refund is applied.
Appointments - Walk-ins are always welcome and will try our best to accommodate, but we highly recommend making an appointment to make sure we can fit your specific time request especially if you are bringing a friend or two and prefer to sit together.
We accept cash and major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
Gratuities in cash are greatly appreciated.
Late Birds - Please be courteous of others and arrive on time. In the event that you cannot, please call in advance. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointed slot may be given to another client and will be considered a no show. Or your service may be shortened if youć± e appointed slot has not been taken.
Cancellation - We require 24 hours notice for cancellations for major parties. Anything less than 24 hours and appointments that required a credit card will be charged 50% of your reserved services. No shows will be charged the full service. Repeat offenders will require a credit card hold for any future appointment services.
Sanitation - We take your health very seriously. We follow what the State of Nebraska and Board of Cosmetology require. We clean and sanitize all tools and equipment after each client and are kept in hospital grade sanitary pouches to avoid any contamination of any kind. We take pride in all our spa pedicure whirlpools and their sanitary after each and every client. We want you to feel safe and secure so you may enjoy your treatments without any worries or fears.
